How do I track my order?

Tracking is automatically sent when your order ships, sometimes it ends up in your SPAM folder. If you have not received tracking within 7 days of placing your order then please email hello@thecuratedparcel.com with your order number.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are generally processed within 3-7 business days (with the exception of peak season and sale periods).Shipping is daily. Once shipped, please allow up to 7-14 business days for your order to arrive in Australia, depending on your locality. Tracking notifications are automatically emailed upon shipment, however if you do not receive tracking then please email hello@thecuratedparcel.com.We cannot take responsibility if an item does not arrive to you in time if needed for a gift or for a special event/date due to postal delays.

Can I change my order?

We have all been there, you click the ‘Order Now’ button and then realise you have forgotten something. Or you realise, there is a colour you actually LOVE, LOVE, LOVE but overlooked when browsing our range of products. If you change your mind after placing the order, please contact us immediately. Once the order has left us, there is not much we can do.

I received the wrong item or missing an item. What do I do?

Occasionally errors are made in our warehouse. If this happens to you please email hello@thecuratedparcel.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include photos for a faster process.

When will an item be back in stock?

Unfortunately we don’t have accurate ETA for each product, but if you haven’t already, please head to the product page where you can add to your wishlist to be notified when the product restocks. You will receive an email as soon as it’s back online and available to purchase.

What if I am not happy with my product?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns OR exchanges for change of mind, which is in line with Australian Consumer Affairs. We have previously been relaxed with this rule, but restrictions due to COVID-19 mean that we have had to tighten our policies. Please make purchases with conscious consideration.

My products have arrived damaged. What should I do?

We will happily replace faulty items if a product has slipped through our high levels of quality control, please let us know immediately (within 7 days) by emailing us at hello@thecuratedparcel.com.Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged. Our returns process is easy, you send us back the faulty products and we will send you new ones. We cover all postage of course. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We are always here to help and go the extra mile to make sure our customers are happy, every time – always.

We are pleased to offer our 4 month Christmas Layby in our store. Please read the following for instructions and details. If you require more details, please do not hesitate to email us at hello@thecuratedparcel.com .

LayBuy Terms

At checkout, complete purchase using Christmas LayBy as payment options. Upon receiving your order, we will manually email you an invoice for a 20% deposit of the total amount of your order. Payment will be required to be completed within 48 hours to secure the order.

If the 20% deposit payment is not received within 48 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled. Upon receiving your 20% deposit, the order is secured and products will be put aside for you until final payment before items are shipped.

The flexibility is yours - choose to pay it off as little as you wish or opt for our equal remaining balance per fortnightly that way you won't missed a payment. Ultimately the choice is yours. You have until 30th November 2022 to pay off the remaining balance of your order. Once full payment has been received, we will ship your order as soon as possible (except pre-order items which may be subjected to delivery changes). If full payment is not received by 30th November 2022 COB, the order will be forfeited and cancelled.

LayBy Conditions

Laybuy is only available for orders over $350.
20% deposit is non-refundable in cases of order cancellation, change-of-mind returns and failure to complete payments within the dedicated time frame.
The full amount of the order is to be paid off within the 4 months period before order can be fulfilled (no later than 30th November 2022).
Items and prices in the layby order cannot be amended.
Orders are secured once 20% deposit is processed.
Any incomplete laybys after the 30th November 2022 will be forfeit and order will be cancelled automatically.
